By installing or using any RAAVI app or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and do not use the services.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be authorized by Raavi to access the app. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use of the Service
- Use the app only for authorized field work and job submissions.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Content & Submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of job data and images you submit. You grant Raavi a license to use submitted materials to operate and improve the service.
Payments & Incentives
Any incentives or payments are subject to separate policies shared with you. Disputes should be raised promptly with supporting details.
Availability, Changes & Termination
We may update or suspend the service to maintain or improve reliability. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for policy violations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
